Our Commitment
Hadata is committed to building software that is usable, inclusive, and respectful of people with different abilities and access needs.
Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we design, build, and improve the Service.
Standards and Best Practices
We aim to follow applicable accessibility best practices and, where reasonable for our product, align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
How We Build for Accessibility
- Using clear structure, semantic markup, and descriptive headings
- Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
- Designing readable text and accessible color contrast
- Reducing interaction complexity in key workflows
- Reviewing product updates with accessibility considerations
Known Limitations
Some parts of the Service may not yet fully meet all accessibility expectations. We prioritize improvements based on user impact and feedback.
If you use Hadata with third-party products, accessibility of those products is managed by their providers.
Feedback and Assistance
If you experience an accessibility barrier, need assistance, or have suggestions, please contact us at [email protected].
We review accessibility feedback and make reasonable efforts to address issues in future updates.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is not a one-time effort. We continue to evaluate and improve our product, workflows, and design practices over time.
