Hadata provides business visibility and analytics software for teams. Depending on the relationship, we act as a data controller for account and billing data, and as a data processor for customer data handled on behalf of our customers.
What Data We Process
Account and Organization Data
- Name, email, and role details for account users
- Organization name and workspace configuration
- Authentication and access-control metadata
Service Data
- Data and records submitted to the Service by users
- Connected data-source metadata and sync status
- Dashboards, reports, and workflow settings created in Hadata
Technical and Usage Data
- Log data (IP address, device, browser, and timestamps)
- Performance, error, and reliability telemetry
- Product usage metrics (for example, active users and feature usage)
Billing Data
- Subscription plan and status
- Invoice and transaction metadata from payment providers
Hadata does not store full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
