Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Hadata (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
The Service
Hadata provides business analytics and visibility tools that help teams unify data, monitor core metrics, and support operational decision-making.
Hadata is not a bank, broker, accounting firm, legal adviser, or financial institution. You remain responsible for your business decisions and regulatory obligations.
Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and access control
- You must provide accurate account and billing information
- We may suspend access to protect security or enforce these Terms
Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on the applicable billing cycle
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- Taxes, duties, and similar charges are the customer's responsibility
Customer Data
You retain ownership of your data.
You grant Hadata a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit data solely to provide and improve the Service and meet legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
The Service may connect with third-party tools, platforms, and data providers. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Hadata is not responsible for third-party products or services.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of others' rights
- Interfere with system integrity, security, or performance
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law
- Upload malicious code or abuse usage limits
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirements.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Hadata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Hadata's aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim
- Hadata is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers or force majeure events
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hadata harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
